  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Intimate wear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items.

4. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired product is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Return Shipping
