Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Discounted or clearance items.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Intimate wear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired product is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
